Building on our ongoing Network development and growth, we are getting ready to launch a year-long podcast project! At this time, we want to share news about two ways for members to participate as co-creators.
- TRAINING: Interested in social justice podcasting? Join us to learn tips, tricks, techniques, and tools for this popular education approach. We will be seeking a small group of Network members and Filipino/a/x social work students who have the capacity and interest to embrace a hands-on and collaborative approach to learning. You’ll be co-developing, interviewing, storyboarding, and co-producing a podcast episode, as we tinker and experiment with the medium as a group. Pending funding, we will be giving honoraria for your participation in training and co-production. We’ll also be looking for current BSW, MSW, or PhD students in a Canadian social work program, who are interested in working as Research Assistants.
- KWENTUHAN: Want to share your story, experience, and expertise with the Network and the broader public? We’ll be looking for Network members who are open to being interviewed for our podcast series!
We’ll announce more details shortly!
